At Yelo, we promise that we’ll never waste your time with typical spa-type protocols such as waiting to check out, waiting to pay, hard sell tactics etc. We’ve done away with all of those little time-wasting details, so when you visit Yelo, your time is spent on You.

It all starts with The Welcome. When you enter Yelo, you may choose to check yourself in and proceed directly to your YeloCab^TM, or to stop and chat with a staff member about any questions or concerns you may have. It’s entirely up to you.

All payments are collected via credit card, membership card or gift card prior to the start of treatment. Members will soon be able to book and pay for all treatments online.
